Kids say the darndest things

So, we're driving down the road last night and my 5 yr old starts saying something about mommies going to the hospital and the doctors cutting them in half to get a baby out. So, I say something about not all mommies get cut open, but I did, and she says, "yeah, babies don't come out the bum. AME said babies come out of mommies bums!" I wasn't exactly sure how to respond to that.
